RAM COURIERS STOLE MY PARCEL

My parcel has been in their possession since 03 Dec 2024, still nit delivered everyday they change the status to received and unable to deliver. I called their call center.. total waste of time after holding on for over an hour. Logged a complaint eith their complaints department another waste of time, no one us attending to their complaints. The department is just there as a front but totally useless. RAM can I have my parcel or stleadt return it to the sender. If it's ****** please tell me do I'm out of this misery... Dissapointed and totally disgusted by the service as if it's free... I paid for the service but I'm receiving no service at all.
