Ram couriers (still waiting)

Worst delivery experience ever How hard can a simple delivery be after clear instructions are given. This was my second time dealing with RAM and once again I am so frustrated with this I have yet to receive my package even after talking to the driver himelf, nobody is able to help you not the call centre not the warehouse, when you phone they actually said to they not sure how to help me,if anyone is to choose a courier service don't let it be ram.
