RAM couriers: Still waiting

Had to have a new phone delivered to me. On 26 September Lucas phones me to inform me that the courier will be in town between one and two a clock. I told him I will be at school picking up the kids. I waited untill 14:30 then eventually left; no courier. On 27 September Lukas phoned me again at 7:41 the morning and told me I did not answer my phone the previous day. Somehow the driver had supposedly a different number for me than the one he has speaking to me on. Package will be delivered before 13:00 as I only work until one. At 10:30 I phoned them to ask where they are as no-one has come yet. U was then requested to wait untill 14:00 because they will be here by then. At 14:30 still no courier and as my job closed I am waiting in a car. I phoned RAM again. Lucas said the courier will be here by 14:50. 14:50 has come and still no courier. Internet follow-up simply say package was dispatched for delivery at 7:41. Had the same problem wgen I had my other line upgrade where phone was never delivered. Cost me to have to pay for a simswap for the new contract. Worst service from couriers ever.
