Ram couriers so bad no heart no feeling!

Such a disheartening experience! My order was finalized on Monday afternoon. The package was supposed to be received by my sister. I went to work on Tuesday with my Id and proof of res documents hoping to leave them with my sister after work.. RAM send me a message which I saw in the afternoon saying they will deliver the parcel the same Tuesday. They did not call to verify if I had sent the documents they needed for the delivery. They just arrived at my mom's place asked where I was and turned back with the parcel. They sat with the parcel the whole week. That parcel is a birthday gift for my sister for tomorrow 2nd October. I tried to call beg them to deliver to no avail. To say I am disappointed is an under statement. Ram that used to be the best for me turned my sweet sisters birthday so sour!
