RAM Couriers - Should not be in the Courier Industry

Parcel was collected on the 31 December 2018 from Vodacom and was dispatched for delivery on the 2 January 2019 but not delivered.

As per the tracking system the parcel was UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Pretoria - UNAVAILABLE HOME - CONTACT NOT AVAILABLE.

After speaking to the call centre, they informed me that they didn't have the full address (no complex information). The driver was never at the property, CCTV footage to prove, and no contact was made by the driver or the office.

What the point of completing address information on Vodacom website for the order if its not being used.

Now I'm inconvenienced and need to sit at home waiting on parcel that might not even be delivered as per the tracking system.
