RAM COURIERS SERVICES
I awaited a parcel to be delivered on the 20/12/2019 @09:00 after it was promised. After numerous calls to the call center, I have asked to why my parcel has not been delivered. I have been told that my parcel will be delivered on Monday 23/12/2019. phoned the call center on the 23/12/2019 and has been advice that my collection was cancelled by me. I did not cancel the order, now I have to wait for them to get back to me that they do not do as well. your customer services is not up to standard.

We will lodge the complaint and hand over to management to investigate as why you did not receive your parcel, the relevant parties that contributed to you not receiving your parcel will be dealt with accordingly.
