RAM couriers............. **** service!!

I was phoned on Friday(28/4/23) and asked if I was home, I rep**** yes. I then asked him if he was at the gate? He said no but he will be her in 5 or 6 minutes. I waited the whole day. I phoned the number but he did not answer. Then again on Wednesday (3/5/23)day I receive a message that they will deliver today. Again waited for nothing. Then this morning(4/5/23) I get phoned again asking to verify my address. I started telling the (Lady) that I waited on them 2 days now and she just hung up on me. How to you employee a person to deal with the public with no manners nor people skills? Last time I do business with Ram or any company that make use of them! I have canceled my order with the company that used you.
