Ram couriers refusal to deliver package that was paid for

Unwillingness to assist. I have had to change the address of delivery to ensure someone will be able to attend to the delivery at all times as they refuse to deliver to address. When changing this address they refuse to assist with the change from their side and provide contact numbers that do not work. Wondering whether i will ever get the package I paid for.
