RAM Couriers - RAIN SIM card

****tiest service ever - alongside RAIN the SIM card that doesn’t work. Been to RAM 3 times in Bellville and RAIN has no store or customer care only an answering machine at *** sitting here with a useless SIM Card and RAM couriers couldn’t even find my house or call me or send me a please call me. Delivery from Bellville to Rondebosch takes them 7 days and they still couldn’t get it right. I had to drive there after work 3 times this week and still they don’t know what to do. I’m so ****ing frustrated with this **** service.
