RAM Couriers & Puma When Can I Expect My Order?
Please be careful when you order your stuff from Puma South Africa, should your order get lost through their courier services, RAM Couriers you are on your own.
I made an order online that was supposed to have arrived on the 25 March 2022, called the courier who told me the vehicle got hijacked therefore they lost my stuff so they will inform Puma South Africa which will have to get in touch with me, until today I still haven't received any communication.
Calling them is useless you stay longer on the phone, they don't even respond to messages on Facebook account. If you are going to buy online know that you lost your money should anything happen and you don't receive your order.
