RAM Couriers- POOR SERVICE!

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by RAM Couriers in Klerksdorp. The level of service they offer is unacceptable, and they have proven to be unreliable and unprofessional.

I have urgent stock for my shop that needed to be delivered promptly. Yesterday, I received a message from RAM Couriers confirming that my delivery would take place that day. I waited the entire day, only to be left empty-handed by 18:00. Not even a single SMS was sent to inform me that the delivery could not be completed.

Today, I tracked my parcels, hoping for delivery. To my disgust, the status read "delivery attempt unsuccessful." No attempt was made, no call was placed to me—absolutely nothing. When I called RAM Couriers, already quite agitated, I was told they don’t deliver in my town again until Monday. The reason for the missed delivery was not because "I wasn't there," but because the courier ran out of time.

I understand there are only so many hours in a day, but our town is very small, and it wouldn't take more than five minutes to drive from one end to the other. If time was truly an issue, the courier could have left the parcel at a central location for me, as other couriers have done before. The least they could have done was inform me about the delay and reschedule the delivery—but there was no communication at all.

I informed my client yesterday morning that delivery would occur and that I would ship their products today. Now, I am unable to fulfill that promise, jeopardizing my business reputation. RAM Couriers clearly does not care about their clients or their clients' businesses and livelihoods.

After calling, the best they could do was contact the Klerksdorp branch to "see what they could do," with a potential "special" delivery tomorrow. If they had just done their job initially, this wouldn't have been necessary. However, tomorrow is too late for me because I needed to send the parcel today and another client was supposed to pick up tonight. Now, all my orders can only go out on Monday, tarnishing my business name because RAM Couriers has no work ethic whatsoever.

RAM Couriers can close its doors because they have completely lost my trust today. I will not let them jeopardize the reputation I am working hard to build for my new business.
