RAM couriers poor service delivery

I have been getting a SMS for the past 2 days at 9o clock the morning stating my parcel is out on delivery. I've been waiting both days sitting at home for it to be delivered and nothing has arrived I tried phoning today they put me on hold for almost 5 minutes trying to get hold of the driver and wasted my airtime. This is really pathetic service they are providing I placed my order last Thursday it's been a week now and nothing but notifications everyday telling me my parcel is out on delivery but I don't get it.
