RAM Couriers , POOR SERVICE and unwillingness to help

Extremely Poor service from call centre agents. Completely unhelpful and not willing to assist without the tracking number ??? My 18 minute call was simply dropped when I requested to speak to the supervisor on duty . I realised my contact number was missing a digit , so I called the company to advise them of the error and if they could advise the driver of my correct cell number. Its NO suprise the agent never informed the driver nor updated the system and the delivery was never made. I called the company at 16h45 to track the delivery and what unhelpful service , i was simply told the drivers knock off at 5pm. I have been waiting the entire day as I was informed earlier that the parcel was despatched 07h15 , its now 17h36 and still no parcel. I checked on their website the driver noted he called me but it went straight to VM??? A blatant lie. Very disspointed with the level of incompetancy and unprofessionalism. Would NOT use nor recommend their service if you have an important delivery .
