Ram couriers poor service and communication
I am not at all impressed by their services, I was meant to receive my parcel today! As indicated on the tracking! "before or on" 5 Dec 2024- well it is 17:13 and still nothing has been delivered. Please don't send us sms's with a date only for out parcels not to arrive this is very frustrating! Anyone could have had made plans for the day and we have to sit around and wait on a parcel which they take their holy time to deliver!!!!! Hence I tried calling them stayed on the line nearly 20 min and nobody answers a phone!! It's pathetic!

06 Dec 2024, 08:38Once again I have attempted to call ram couriers.. Almost 12 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone but to no avail.. Package was meant to be delivered yesterday! Tracking status does not change at all.. How much longer do people have to wait for the packages or for someone to answer a call? This is pathetic.. How this company is still operating beats me.. their services are pathetic!!
