RAM couriers poor service
Hi there I would like to make a complaint with regards to the collection of a parcel not been collected I was called last week thursday to say that they would collect on Thursday, no one pitched. I complained yesterday to the collections department other than they saying it must be collected yesterday which was Monday I have still not had anyone here to collect. So I think the service is appalling please advise. I have even escalated it the matter to speak to a manager but no one has responded. The great service that they advertise is false advertising.
