RAM Couriers POOR SERVICE
RAM received a parcel from paxi that I couriered on 01/03/2025 and they haven’t delivered it till today 17/03/2025. When I called them to ask about my parcel they put me on hold for a good 10 minutes and send me back inline to explain my case again. No one seems to have answers about my parcel, from PAXI to RAM. This parcel has important documents that are needed urgently.

The delay was caused by an issue with the Paxi store system to receive , unfortunately it did take a while for it to be resolved .
We are taking the necessary steps to address the issues that led to these delays, including upgrading our infrastructure as well as enhancing our logistics processes to provide a seamless service.
