RAM COURIERS POOR SERVICE

My delivery adress on my sms I received 15 June 2020 was incorrect. I notified them via email after calling and holding on for mare than 15min then hang up. I sent them another email on thursday morning after I could not get them on the ph again on wednesday. Today Thursday late morning my call got answered after a long long wait. The lady told me the parcel is out I then asked if I could rather collect from their hub. She said yes but need to be here before 17h00. It's now 17h55 they cant get hold of the driver or his assistant I have stand outside the building. Very very poor service and *********** staff. I must say. Not for me again
