RAM Couriers & Paxi didnt Refund my Loss

I just Shipped the stock of 13 Phones with Paxi Services at my Local PEP Store to different towns. Then RAM was the joint venture for Collection & Delivery on that day of the 9th Nov 2020, the Courier Bakkie of RAM got Hijacked and all goods were taken by ******s including my phones.

When RAM give out the LOST LIST to SAPS they never reported the loss of my parcels in their list, they only gave out their list only. When i got to their Offices they gave me wrong case number of SAPS.

When am claiming my loss on Paxi & RAM they say "your parcel was not insured" while they never told me about insurances when o was sending at PEP. Now i lost about R62 999 on the Parcels that was Shipped.

I need help on this Case because RAM is doing run & round about my case and the parcels they lost.
