Ram Couriers pathetic service no one phones you back!!!!!

You cannot complain about their Service as there is no Service! !!!!!!!!! The courier arrived at my estate at 9.50am I opened the gate and waited half an hour at my door. My security confirmed that he was let in and went to another unit. I called Customer service was on the phone for more than 45 minutes. The lady would not allow me to speak to a Manager and promised that the guy would come back with my parcel!!!!! I waited the whole day and phoned again and asked for a Manager and they would not let me speak to a Manager! !!! No one called and then I get an email to say that no one was home. UNBELIEVABLE *****!!!!!

We are sincerely sorry that you have experienced such a
service with our courier service, and we will do our utmost best to get to the
investigate this matter.

Please provide to us the name of the sender of the email
informing you that "No one was home". Also advise of the number that
you have used to call us so that we investigate further in the recording.

Please be advised that we do not tolerate such a service from
any of our personnel, and you can rest assured that necessary
disciplinary action will be implemented to correct this and prevent such from
happening in the future.
