RAM Couriers Pathetic Service
I contacted RAM on Friday 14 February as I was expecting a delivery from Vodacom. I advised an alternate contact number as well as my office number. Received an email to expect delivery 17 February. Driver made no contact with me and did not deliver. So much waiting the whole day. Extremely dissappointed.

We will lodge the complaint and hand over to management to investigate as why you received your parcel late parcel, the relevant parties that contributed to you not receiving your parcel will be dealt with accordingly. 18 Feb 2020, 09:50Kindly note i have yet to receive delivery. 6 calls to your call center all seemed to cut when put on hold. Radio controller was to contact me but nothing. Managers were to contact me - nothing.
I have all the chats as per your website with the online chat consultant - still nothing. Your driver did not follow simple instructions. All he did was try the incorrect cell number. Had he come to the building he would have been assisted easily as i had left instructions at reception. I would have fetched the phone myself but RAM does not allow walk ins. A courtesy call from senior management would have been appropriate. My contact details is updated with your company.
