RAM Couriers pathetic service delivery

I order a sim from Rain, unfortunately they choose to make use of RAM Courier services to deliver. On their delivery note they state it will be a door to door within a certain time frame(empty promises). I have contacted RAM's service platform to explain that I live in a complex and the complex intercom services does not work anymore. The courier driver will have to phone me before he deliver so that I can meet him at the security gate. No phone call from delivery person yet they claim that they attempted to deliver. Needless to say that I still did not get my parcel. RAM's courier services are the most pathetic courier services you can find in SA.
