RAM COURIERS PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
I've ordered items online from Retail Box. The delays and service from RAM Couriers is nothing short of shocking!! It is almost 10 days that the item is now in their possession. I was put on hold for well over 10 minutes after which the call was cut off or maybe even deliberately put down. After calling back, I was told that they are unable to call customers back, is this how they operate their business!!! They also lie about failed delivery attempt..... what does that even mean? Retail Box should intervene or else they will lose me as a customer and perhaps many more!! PATHETIC SERVICE RAM COURIERS!!
