Ram Couriers Pathetic Service
Pathetic experience Ram was supposed to deliver my Vodacom upgrade. They got it wrong twice never made contact with me the first time the second time called me I missed the call when called back they sent my parcel back to Johannesburg for the second time. They never made contact with me on any other time or other source. Their customer service is pathetic I would never use this excuse of a courier company. Their staff has no sense of urgency and does not have the end client in mind.
I cannot express how disappointed I am in Ram Couriers and their service!
