Ram couriers pathetic service

On the 16th of this month, I order a new phone from Vodacom. Vodacom informed me that my new phone will be delivered at my address by Ram. I asked Vodacom to please inform Ram to notify me before they do delivery, for I am at work and on the road. I need to arrange for me to be at home to accept delivery. I was promised by Vodacom that Ram will indeed contact me before delivery.

On the 18th, Ram did deliver, but as the previous 4 to 5 times, never phoned me, although they claim they did tried to phone me. For me its very strange, because the guy that I spoke to at Ram, told me that they were never informed by Vodacom to contact me and do not have my number, but yet, the previous day Ram did a pick up at my place and phoned me before hand.

I was then promised by Ram and by Vodacom, that I will receive my phone today, the 19th. I specially made arrangements to be at home today to make sure that this does not happen again. I am still waiting for my phone. I phoned Ram and was informed by Ram, that my parcel was not dispatched this morning, although they promised me delivery today. No they promised me delivery on Monday only. I was even willing to go out of my way to collect my parcel were ever it is, but was told its against their policy. Is it Ram's policy to treat Vodacom,s clients like this ?

The service I got from Vodacom is just as pathetic as Ram's service. Like Ram, Vadocom also told me on numerous occasions that they will investigate and sort this problem out for me. Up till now, I havent receive any feedback on this issue. I am cancelling my 5 contracts with Vodacom as of immediate effect and Ram couriers, your service is nothing more then pathetic.
