RAM couriers NOT RECOMMENDED

RAM is the worst. They have no service delivery and are spiteful. Signed up for fibre from Vodacom, next day Vumatel installs the fibre cable. Two weeks later and Vodacom still cannot deliver my router (needed to use the fibre), due to RAM! Their policy is 9 days after application for fibre everything should be up and running. We are at day 14. They make use of RAM couriers - gets my address wrong twice, sends the router all the way back to Pretoria. You can't pick up the router in store, nor pick it up at RAM in person with verification. No, they MUST deliver it. Failing with every attempt. By far the worst experience.
