RAM Couriers not communicating clearly

Much like a previous reviewer, my parcel arrived from Vodacom. It was not communicated to me via either party what documents would be needed to receive my parcel, and because I did not have my ID card, but rather my driver's license, I was denied my parcel until the following day. THEN, when they called, they told me I also need to present them with POA, but a Telkom bill would not suffice, only a bank statement (which is easy enough to print) but this was a very disappointing experience. Now, I can only hope that a printed bank statement will suffice and there won't be some or other story keeping me from my delivery.
