RAM COURIERS NON-DELIVERY OF VODACOM PARCEL FOR OVER 1 MONTH
My Vodacom online order has never arrived. It’s been over 1 month and after countless calls to RAM couriers with empty promises from both RAM and Vodacom, still my phone has not been delivered to the address that I have given on numerous occasions.
My address at Vodacom is 100% correct whereas RAM has a different suburb and state they cannot change it. It is absurd and unacceptable that a simple delivery cannot take place, especially whilst other courier companies have absolutely no problem making deliveries to me. I have even offered to fetch my parcel from the RAM warehouse, only since it has been such a prolonged period of many individuals being *********** (this is based on the simple fact of non-delivery to date).
RAM (and Vodacom) do not fulfil its brand promises, due to simple operating procedures being in such disarray.
RAM operations and services are poor and frustrating to say the least.
Please note that the parcel has been returned back to the sender as Vodacom has not provided authorisation to change the delivery address. We get all the delivery addresses from the sender.
The parcel has returned in February already.
