RAM Couriers - no idea what Pargo Collection option is but happily accept contracts to fulfill this service
If there was a zero rating I would have given it. RAM is the courier partner for Foschini online deliveries. Foschini offers online customers a physical address delivery or Pargo Collection option. RAM however has no idea what a Pargo Collection option is, yet they happily partner with Foschini to fulfill this delivery option. I have been harassed by RAM delivery drivers calling me and insisting that I meet them at the Pargo Collection point, even though this is not how the Pargo Collection option works. Foschini should review who they partner with for their online deliveries and ensure that it is a company that at least understands the delivery options that Foschini is making available to online customers.

We will request for the branch to dispatch the parcel for delivery. There are three parcels to be delivered to you, which are still to be collected from the stores that are going to ship them.
