RAM COURIERS NO ID REQUESTED
On 18th August 2022, from 08h00 to 10h15 I tried phoning RAM's George office, but no-one ever answered the phone.
During the same time period I telephoned their call centre (***) on numerous occasions regarding their George branch not answering their phone, but their call centre were totally useless and were not able to help.
When a parcel, for which I was awaiting , did finally arrive at my address, I was shocked at what then occurred :
A FIREARM, which had been couriered to me, WAS HANDED TO ME WITHOUT ME PROVING WHO I WAS. RAM never requested my identity document, nor a copy of the firearm licence.
On 18th August exactly the same thing happened again ; they delivered a firearms to me without requesting a copy of my ID.
I emailed management of RAM on both occasions, but they never rep**** to me.
Considering the amount of firearm crime in this country, it is of great concern to me that RAM can deliver firearms to unknown individuals, without any proof of identity.
