RAM Couriers No Delivery, false statement and bad service

Yesterday I received a sms from RAM Couriers that my parcel (WIRE01- ********** 5) is out for delivery and will receive it no later than 17:00. During the day I contacted RAM Couriers customer services 3 times to follow up as I have not received a call from the driver to inform me that he / she will deliver my parcel in about an hour as arranged with customer services. I waited at my work address provided for delivery till 17:00 with no delivery or even a call. I also questioned the fact that the delivery log on the tracking site specifies that it is out for delivery in Pretoria but the address I gave is by no means a address in Pretoria but Midrand. I confirmed my contact details with each call and that I was informed by customer services to ignore the "Pretoria" as there Pretoria branch delivers in Johannesburg. This morning I checked the tracking site and saw the following comments:

Outgoing Call - Follow up Non-delivery - COURIER AT THE ADDRESS AS PER COURIER HE CANT FIND THE CLIENT AT THE ADDRESS, CALLED ### ### #### NUMBER IS NOT FOR THE CLIENT. UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Pretoria - INCORRECT ADDRESS - NO SUCH PERSON AT THE ADDRESS.

This is really bad service RAM. I expected better service from you since you have always been the leader in courier services in ZA. The comments on your tracking site is false as I was not contacted prior to delivery and no one came to our address. I even notified the reception and security guards that I was expecting you but no one came. Also the address I provided is not a Pretoria address as discussed and confirmed with your customer services department on 3 occasions yesterday.
