RAM Couriers - No collection or communication after payment
RAM couriers is the worst. You book collection and two days later still no response. Their Facebook and online chat is useless. They are not online and do not respond.
This is the response from their online chat after waiting to connect to online chat numerous time through the day "i have just put pressure on them to have it done today"
Take note of the punctuation and spelling. Very unprofessional. They take forever to type out that little message. A real don't give a damn attitude from this useless company.
