RAM Couriers Messing Me Around Waybill Number K***

I ordered an upgrade phone via Vodacom. The phone was dispatched last Wednesday to Ram Hand to Hand Couriers. I was supposed to be delivered to my work last Thursday but I was not in Office and telephonically asked the driver if it was possible to drop it on Friday.

He agreed yes but come Friday the phone was sent back to the delivery hub not placed for delivery and I had to wait the weekend in the hope that the phone will be delivered. It is now 16.21 in Cape Town at my Office in Saxenburg Park 1 and no courier has called nor delivered the phone.
