RAM COURIERS LOST MY PARCEL

Send a parcel on the 3rd of this month when i checked the 20th still no delivery then i contact them just to find out they LOST MY PARCEL...... my parcel is missing. They have not even have the decency to have contacted me to tell me the issue..this is a huge problem. Second time this happen with RAM courier
