Ram couriers is useless and they full of lies

Yesterday I received an sms that says my LTE- Advanced order will be delivered today between 9am and 5pm. Yes I was at home waiting for the delivery, they didn't show up. I decided to contact Ram Couriers, the lady who helped me told me I should expect it today and today its the 29th of March 2018. When i tried to track my order online I get the message saying"UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Pretoria - RAM - Re-attempt delivery." today in the morning I received another sms saying" Good day. Unfortunately, we could not reach you and therefore were unable to deliver your LTE-Advance order. Please contact Mweb on ********** to reschedule your delivery. Order No. 59947. Thank you, Digital Planet" Ram couriers will drain your Soul, I give up
