RAM Couriers is USELESS

RAM is absolutely USELESS!! Placed an Vodacom order, RAM received the parcel, delivery expected to be on the 13/12/21, i don't see any update on the waybill so i call RAM. they informed me that its at queries department as the address is not valid (not my or RAMs problem, but from Vodacom) however RAM should have called me asking the correct address. 14/12/2021 my parcel is on the wrong vehicle and authorization is given for driver to deliver... waited till 18h00, no driver, i spent 14 calls to RAM to follow up and get feed back. it is now 12:00 15/12/2021 and the driver is nowhere to be seen. My order was apparently " priority" RAM you are a joke!! lets see if you have the ***** to paste the correspondence linked to waybill K*** here. I DARE YOU!
