Ram couriers is a disgrace to the service industry

Ram couriers + Rain have been the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with combined! They make promises that they don’t deliver on! Their staff even have the audacity to say they don’t know on things that are product related! Not even an attempt to even find out. You have to hold for at least 20 minutes for someone to answer their phone and still not get your matter resolved. They treat clients like they work for them. You basically have to sort out your own issues with your own resources on issues that are their fault! They are *****! I will never ever deal with these people again wow!
