RAM Couriers incompetency

Worst couriers. Drivers are lazy and lie about not getting hold of recipients and turn back with parcels. When you arrange for a different date you are told your parcel was given to the wrong driver and was returned to back. That time you are the one making follow up calls and emails. I will never ever order again from any business that uses RAM couriers. 15 days later I still dont have my parcel.
