RAM COURIERS HAS THE WORST SERVICE

I've never dealt with such a poor incompitant courier company, Ram is so bad .I want to alert everyone dont even waste your time and money to book RAM. I ordered from Clicks on Thursday and on friday i got an sms saying my parcel is out for delivery. even now today on a Monday at 4pm the parcel is not delivered i called them about 10 times wasting my airtime and im being told the parcel is at the hub??????????????like really????????RAM HAS BAD SERVICE DONT BOOK ANYTHING PEOPLE YOU WILL REGRET
