RAM COURIERS FRUSTRATES VODACOM CUSTOMERS

* RAM couriers only does deliveries between 8:00am and 17:00pm from Mondays to Fridays. When I am working on a random schedule and cannot be limited to one place to accept delivery.

*RAM couriers cannot deliver to me on a weekend

*RAM couriers does not allow collections at they depots, stating due to covid regulations. Drivers, staff, packages, parcels are exposed to covid and the risk is equal to exposure levels whether a customer collects or not. So clearly there is sense nor logic in that decision made by RAM couriers.

*My job entails me being in different areas throughout KZN from Monday to Friday, in a random schedule. I have made a super human effort to be at the latest given address on Friday, the 26th November 2021 between 14:00 and 16:00pm and RAM couriers failed to arrive with my Vodacom product. RAM has tried to deliver to the address of my spouse's work place. The address that has not been authorized by Vodacom, and of which was not accepted to be delivered at.
