RAM Couriers forces people to work free without payment.

Please lets get this right. I was not terminated from my job as you are a witness of that. I worked two days and I sent a resignation letter of which you never even bother to call me back or write me back. You went silent. Then when I called and inquired about my days I worked payment you promised me to pay me on the 1st of December 2020 as we concluded in our telephone conversation on the 30th of November 2020. Later during the day a man by the name of Thembelani calls me from Ram as he said although he did not mentioned what position he holds at RAM and rudely informed that I will not recieve any payments from RAM because I did not serve any notice for my resignation which came to me as a suprise all because no one ever called me since I sent my resignation letter to RAM. I asked him that is what you telling me is on the congrats and Thembelani's response was that if its not in the contract I signed it is on The Bargain Council. Worst part, I was not even given a copy of my contract I signed even today and also I was not even given a chance to atleast read it of I come to think now I was taken advantage only because I needed a job and to start soon so I could earn something to put food on the table never being aware that I was digging my own grave. Then later on the same date 30 Novemver after hours again Thembelani called me with a different number from the one he called me with earlier on, asking me to remove my review on Hellopeter, I told him that I will not do so, all I need is my money then we will go separate ways and also I told him that I cant stay on the line for too long fighting over this issue because the weather was bad there were terrible thunderstors later that day. Again he was rude telling me that he doent even know where I am from and where he is there are no thunderstorms as he aggressively did not wanted to end the call. I told him to call me some other time when the storm is over he refused. Then I dropped the call. Again after I dropped the call he called again forcing me to remove what I posted on Hellopetern because its all a lie and I know it its all a lie as he stated. That really broke me apart as I did not understand where he was going to with all these accusations, then I dropped the call again. He called and I never answered after that. To my mind it occured that this is what Ram do to its former employee, they bully them do whatever they please and when they leave the company they do not get paid. I say this because Ram just failed to pay me only my two days I worked for, they threatened me by going to court for two days work, this is so so low, disappointing and very unproffessional they are just tarnishing or let people like Thembelani destroy the years of image of Ram. I will not be bul**** I will not stop until they pay me my money. That is all I want. I was not working voluntarily, loading 342 boxes alone in the truck and also offloading them to their destination and also loading 200 boxes and again offloading them boxes alone the same day, I was not voluntaring I was working to get paid. RAM COURIERS PAY MY MONEY!!!

One thing I forgot, if they do not pay my money, I will gladly take this further to newspapers, radio stations and all social media I have ever joined. I am not boasting but I know people in right places. This is not a threat, its a fact. I do not do threats I live by facts. I am not going to stop I will not let them get away with this.
