RAM Couriers fails to deliever, again.
After receiving SMS notifications that my parcel was out of delivery and spending the entirety of 28 September 2020 at home, checking my phone and looking out the window. I got the shock of my life when, around 1730hrs I checked the RAM online tracker to see where my parcel was, to see that the the driver had returned to Isando because "The contact was not available", which obviously was a blatant lie. RAM Courier practices are *********, your staff dishonest and frankly businesses ran like yours have no place in modern society.
