RAM COURIERS FAILING THEIR CUSTOMERS

I must agree with Peter T - I received an SMS supposedly from RAM stating that there was a delivery for me but that I had to pay R34,10 before it could be delivered. As I was expecting a delivery from Temu I thought that maybe it was that parcel and couldn't understand why I had to pay more when I had already paid the Tax that had been requested by Buffalo Couriers. I sms'ed the number back asking who the sender was but did not receive a reply. I then clicked on the link that was in the message and was directed to what was meant to be the RAM delivery note. Neither my name nor the senders name appeared anywhere on this note. I then thought no! there is something wrong. I called RAM this morning and was advised that this is happening to all courier companies and that it was a ****. One would think that this would concern them and that they would endeavor to actually do something about this, but no interest was shown in the attempt at ****ming in their name. I too think it is deplorable that RAM Couriers have not warned their customers.

I am very happy to see that some action is being taken. With the huge increase in online shopping, these "lowlifes" are looking for more and more methods to *****.
