RAM couriers Durban. Worst courier company ever
Durban branch This is the worst service I have ever received from a company. They did not notify me in time when my package will be delivered. I call the call center, they do not take responsibility, they are non accommodating, and then like usual the managers are always to busy to help a client

When the parcel got dispatched for delivery in the morning, communication was sent to you via SMS stating that your parcel is on its way to be delivered. The SMS was sent to you just before nine.
Please note that you were contacted three times yesterday when your delivery was attempted in the morning just after ten, and you never answered your phone on all occasions.
The delivery hub should contact you today to make a delivery arrangement for tomorrow.
