Ram Couriers = Disappointment!

I have no idea why TFG changed couriers and started using Ram. They delivered my order for the second time now and what ****es me off is that they have my address but they choose to stop their vehicle on the side of the road and call me so I can walk up to them and collect the item/s. I don't care if its a two minute walk! I paid for Door-to-Door not Door-to-street kind of thing. + I wrote down instructions that were clearly marked on the package that "The apartment is opposite shell garage" but they stopped just below the garage.

It was a light brown skin lady that was driving and then the guy that did the calling and hand over.

Also to mention.. When I got there, they were both talking on their phones and it took a minute for the guy to turn and attend to me.

And question: Why do customers have to sign using a pen and paper when other courier service providers have Contactless signature solutions? The guy didn't wipe the pen before and after I used it!
