Ram couriers deserve a zero star rating

I received a message that my parcel would be delivered between 8am and 5pm. I tried to phone Ram Couriers because the parcel tracking was not updating and they did not answer. I eventually left my house and Upon failing to deliver they phone me for an alternative deliver address which I provided for delivery the next day, they sent my parcel to Witbank. I spent 3 days trying to contact the Witbank branch with no success and their customer care agent made me hold until the call got cut off. I have learnt to ask service providers not to use Ram when I order online
