RAM COURIERS DELIVERY AND CALL CENTRE
So unhappy with Ram Couriers. Wish I could give them a 0-star-rating. Struggled to get a hold of them. Eventually some rudely answered, she put me on hold for 10min and then ended the call. The whole proses started again. Eventually (after trying another half an hour) the second person answered, I tried to arrange delivery again, the lady said that she's sent the request and will confirm with me before the end of the day. Nothing was confirmed. Could not arrange delivery. The Call Centre should really have a look at there personal. They are unhelpful and unfriendly!
