Ram couriers delivering FNB smart device

For the second time they have promised to deliver the package between 9am and 5pm and made me wait after phoning numerous times they say the driver is on his way and 5pm passes without any delivery, they packages have been presents and left me red faced and embarrassed with no gift as planned! Call centre is full of apologies but seems no improvement as 2nd time same results! Pathetic servive!
