RAM Couriers certainly the worst around

26 May is the day my parcel was out for delivery. After waiting most of the day a guy called to find out if i would be home- i said yes, 12 minutes away. He said he can't wait albeit he wasn't even at my door yet. Long story short, today is the 10th of June, over two weeks later and I am still waiting. I received a sms this morning saying it will be delivered, so I took off the day from work. when it came closer to 5pm, I called and received the absolute worst Call Centre experience not only once but thrice, each call in excess of 15 minutes and the longest being 32 minutes- all for them to just tell me the parcel will not be delivered. apparently RAM staff works unsupervised because no managers are available. The Cape Town numbers just rings, those ending in 2633, 2604 and 2694. How can a 12 minute potential wait equal 2 weeks of waiting? I will definitely never use RAM for my business needs- NEVER
