RAM COURIERS CANNOT GET MY DELIVERY RIGHT

Good morning,

RAM Couriers are just special. They have partnered with Vodacom Fibre and need to deliver my router. They have the wrong address and every time they go there, despite me having updated and double-checked the address several times.

I have tried to contact them. Their WhatsApp does not work, neither does the website. I got hold of them via phone once where I was told RAM Couriers do not phone clients.

I have dealt with numerous couriers companies, but it is the first time I hear that a courier is not allowed to phone the client to verify delivery info.

As a result, I still (more than a month later) do not have the router nor the TV voucher).

I’m not impressed!
