RAM Couriers can stick their attitude

Useless courier. Tried to get a delivery time for yesterday. Advised it would be between 9am and 6pm. Tried 6 times to call a representative and the calls all timed out as they were busy. Then eventually (7th go) got through. Then asked why so vague. Got attitude from the courier representative saying ' they don't do specific times'. I said that was ridiculous. Told her they were ***********. Got a whole lot more attitude from her. Fantastic in this age where opposition companies have online tracking and if late full refund of the courier fees. Makes one wonder. .
